What should I wear to a yoga class?
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes that you would work out in. Please wear clothing that breathes easily. Cotton is a good choice.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
You are welcome to bring your own mat or you can use our mats. We also have blocks, blankets, straps and bolsters for your use.
How do I sign up?

- Call or email with your interest in the class, workshop or service and we will set up the appointment and give you any information needed.
- Our classes are personalized and we want to best meet your needs and services with special attention.
- We like the personal contact of phone and email.
Should I eat before class?
We suggest that you refrain from eating a large meal 1-2 hours before class. You can bring bottled water to class. Please bring a snack if needed depending on the time of day or type of class.
